You’re Invited Events has a minimum spend of $200 (not including delivery fees) on hire equipment. Items are not allocated or reserved when submitting a Wishlist. Quantities & availability for items on your requested date are reviewed by our team when the Wishlist is submitted and advised to you accordingly.
Prices do NOT include Delivery & Labour Fees. Delivery charges are based on the location of your event, the type of vehicle and number of vehicles required to deliver (& return) your hired equipment. Labour Fees include the time taken for staff to prep, load, unload, set up, pack down and clean equipment for your event.
The labour fee is based on the equipment ordered, access into the venue and how long each item takes to install and finally pack down.
